Service Description
A gentle and relaxing, all-levels class, focused on replenishing the body and relaxing the mind. This class brings awareness to unwinding the nervous system, stilling the mind, attuning to the body, and soothing the soul. We will incorporate gentle movement, restorative practices, breathwork, guided meditation, yoga nidra, and time for self-study. This is a free/ by donation class.
